class=\"rvps9\" value=\"8\"><span class=\"rvts2\">Ponceau-fuchsin for 3 minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"rvps9\" value=\"9\"><span class=\"rvts2\">Rinse in three changes of distilled water.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"rvps9\" value=\"10\"><span class=\"rvts2\">Differentiate in phosphomolybdic acid-phosphotungstic acid solution for 3 minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"rvps9\" value=\"11\"><span class=\"rvts2\">Rinse in three changes of distilled water.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"rvps9\" value=\"12\"><span class=\"rvts2\">Aniline blue solution for 2 minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"rvps9\" value=\"13\"><span class=\"rvts2\">Rinse in three changes of distilled water.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"rvps9\" value=\"14\"><span class=\"rvts2\">Dehydrate in graded alcohols and clear in xylene, three or four changes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"rvps9\" value=\"15\"><span class=\"rvts2\">Mount with synthetic
