Used to prepare benzoyl peroxide paste, which acts as a catalyst for water miscible resins.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><em><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">La famille des tricr\u00e9sylphosphates ou phosphates de tricr\u00e9syle (TCP)<\/span><\/em><\/span> comprend des compos\u00e9s organophosphor\u00e9s isom\u00e8res de formule brute (C7H7)3PO4, qui ne diff\u00e8rent que par la position du groupe m\u00e9thyle (-CH3) sur les trois cycles aromatiques.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ces phosphates d&#8217;aryle sont pr\u00e9par\u00e9s par r\u00e9action du trichlorure de phosphoryle sur le cr\u00e9sol :\u00a0 <\/strong><strong>OPCl3 + 3 HOC6H4CH3 \u2192 OP(OC6H4CH3)3 + 3 HCl.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Le m\u00e9lange obtenu contient par exemple l&#8217;isom\u00e8re ortho qui est le phosphate de triorthocr\u00e9syle (TOCP).
