This EM-Tec preparation stand has a base plate which can be placed in either an upper or lower position and is secured with 4 small screws. The upper position accomodates all heights of the \u00d89.5mm JEOL stubs. The lower postion is designed to give the taller 9.5mm high cylinder stubs more stability. Reference notch in one corner to define the positions of the stubs.
