Single Crystal Silicon 35 nm thick TEM Window (9 windows)
– Single crystal silicon membranes with <1-0-0> orientation
– 35 nm thick membrane
– 100 micron thick frame, fits 3 mm sample holders
–  Window dimensions: (8) 100 x 100 micron windows and (1) 100 x 350 micron window
