Description
EM-Tec J12H JEOL Ø12.2x10mm adapter for Hitachi M4 stubs and SEM holders with M4 threadede base. Overal size is Ø12.2x14mm; Ø12.2x10mm stub with 4mm thread on top. Machined from vacuum grade aluminium with stainless steel screw.
