ROTI®Histol ready-to-use, for histology
ROTI®Histol is a natural product obtained from untreated orange peel. It contains 96-98% limonene, a terpene with a mandarin scent, and is miscible in any proportion with IPA, butanol, ethanol and the usual embedding media. No toxic fumes!
– Solvent based on orange terpenes
– Alternative to xylene
– Particularly suitable for hand histological work
ROTI®Histol replaces conventional solvents, without requiring changes to working methods. It is particularly gentle on processed tissue samples – sections remain smooth and are not embrittled.
ROTI®Histol is ideal for all manual histological work, which is usually particularly uncomfortable for the operator due to solvent fumes.
