Water plays a central role in almost all life science experiments, such as preparing our samples with electron microscopy. It’s so important that there is even a high-impact journal dedicated to new methods of research and purification.

The different laboratory water production methods give different waters (distilled, osmosis, etc.)
Unfortunately, laboratory water rarely receives the attention it deserves.

Even within the same laboratory, the water used in an experiment may differ from that used in another.

All waters are not alike and it is important to consider water as a laboratory reagent and examined accordingly.
